LifeStance Health provides outpatient behavioral health services both in person and via telehealth. We take every concern seriously. Submitting a complaint will not affect your access to care.

Complaint Policy (Summary)
LifeStance Health reviews all complaints in good faith. We may contact you for clarification. We strive to resolve concerns promptly and equitably. If your complaint involves protected health information, we handle it in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
You may also have the right to file a complaint with your state health department or other regulatory bodies. Filing here does not limit those rights.
